Ab isme salt, red chilli power aur sugar daal kar achche se mix karein.

Ab green coriander se garnished karein. Ab gas band karein.

Atte ki choti choti puri bele.

Ab ek puri le aur usme coconut ki staffing dale aur fold karein.

Ab thoda press karein aur cutter se cut karein.

Ek pan mey oil garam karein.

Isme Gujhiya daale aur slow gas mey hlka pink hone tak fry karein.

Sabhi Gujhiya ko fry kar le aur alag rakh le.

Jab thanda ho jaye tab airtight jar mey pack karein.
