Ingredients

  1. 1Small Onion chopped
  2. 1 1/2 cupGrinded Melon seeds
  3. 3 tbspGrinded Crayfish
  4. 3 tbspGrinded Chilli pepper
  5. 1 canDried stock fish
  6. 2 cupWarm water
  7. 2 pieceKnow or Maggi small cubes
  8. 3 tbspPalm Oil
  9. 2 pinchSalt
  10. 10 piecechicken legs
  11. 1/4 cupDried bitter Leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pour 2 cups of water in pot to boil

  2. 2

    Add uncooked chicken and chopped Onion, Allow boil for 7mins

  3. 3

    ADD 1-2 pinches of salt, allow boil 3 Tablespoons of pepper

  4. 4

    Now add 2 piece Know or Maggi small cubes and 3 tablespoons palm oil

  5. 5

    Now add 1 1/2 grinded melon seeds Allow boil for 10mins and stir, then add 1/4 cup of dried bitter leaves or sprinkle a handful.

    Once cooked serve
