200 gramsCarrots
1 mediumChopped onion
1 mediumChopped green chilli
2 eachChopped Garlic
1 smallChopped ginger
1 1/2 tbspOil
1/2 tbspSalt
1 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
1 1/2 tbspSugar
1 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tbspPepper powder
1 tbspChat masala
1/2 tbspGaram masala
1 tbspOregano
1 tbspPaprika
1/2 cupPeanut
1 1/2 tbspTomato sauce
1/2 tbspSoya sauce
1 1/2 tbspVinegar

Chop carrots in diced shape

Add oil,sugar,peanuts

Add chopped garlic,green chilli,ginger,onion

Add all dry masala

Add lemon juice,tomato sauce,soya sauce,vinegar

Mix well and ready to eat
