Usually I eats carrots only with sprinkling salt,but today I thought to eat it with different style.Then I take some different masala,ingredients available at home.Mixed it and created this recipe.And guess what,it tastes amazing.My creation,different style,no cooking,just mix and match.

  3. 1 mediumChopped green chilli
  4. 2 eachChopped Garlic
  5. 1 smallChopped ginger
  6. 1 1/2 tbspOil
  7. 1/2 tbspSalt
  8. 1 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 1/2 tbspSugar
  11. 1 tbspLemon juice
  12. 1/2 tbspPepper powder
  13. 1 tbspChat masala
  14. 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  15. 1 tbspOregano
  16. 1 tbspPaprika
  17. 1/2 cupPeanut
  18. 1 1/2 tbspTomato sauce
  19. 1/2 tbspSoya sauce
  20. 1 1/2 tbspVinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop carrots in diced shape

  2. 2

    Add oil,sugar,peanuts

  3. 3

    Add chopped garlic,green chilli,ginger,onion

  4. 4

    Add all dry masala

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice,tomato sauce,soya sauce,vinegar

  6. 6

    Mix well and ready to eat
