Ingredients

1onion, chopped
1/2 cupgreen sweet pepper, chopped
1/4 cupcelery, chopped
2garlic cloves, minced
1 tbspcooking oil
4 cuptomato, chopped
1 cantomato paste
1/3 cupwater
2 tbspparsley
1 tbspbasil
1 tbsporegano
1 tbspsugar
1 tbspsalt
black pepper
1cheese, optional

Steps

Cook onions, sweet pepper, celery, garlic in hot oil.

Put tomatoes, tomato paste, water, parsley, oregano, basil, sugar, salt, black pepper and bring the sauce to boil.

After it boils, reduce the heat and cover it for 3o mins.

Simmer for 15 mins.

Sprinkle cheese.
