Ingredients

  1. 1 small bowlRefined flour
  2. 1 small bowlBesan
  3. 1/2 bowlSemolina
  4. 1 teaspoonElaichi powder
  5. 1 bowlSugar
  6. 1 bowlDeshi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    First add ghee and sugar well.

  2. 2

    Now add refined flour gram and semolina mix them very well

  3. 3

    Now add ghee and sugar again mix them well

  4. 4

    Rest for half hr..now on palm take a small ball and bake it for 20 mn..
