Soak urad dal 5 hours and grind it to fine puree. And keep it for fermentation for 6 hours or overnight

Now add jeera, chopped chilli, salt, pinch of soda and rice flour in it. And fry small pakoras of it.

Take all pakoras in bowl. And garnish it with sweet chutney, fried chilli and sweet curd. Garnish it with chopped onion.
