Clean and chop brussell sprouts into quarters. Place in a large bowl.

Cut bacon up into small pieces. Mixed in with brussel sprouts and spread on large cookie sheet.

Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 400°F turning often until tender and slightly crispy.

Do you defrost them first or cook them frozen? I find when they r frozen i cant cut them in half. Blahhh.
