  1. 1 cupPasta
  2. 1/2 cupKetchup
  3. 1/4Sliced Onion
  4. 1/2Ground Beef
  5. 1/3 cupGarlic Powder
  6. 1 tspSoy Sauce
  7. 1/2 tspSugar
  8. 1 cupChopped Cilantro
  9. 1 mediumBroccoli

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil pasta until al dente

  2. 2

    Fry garlic, onions and broccoli. Put aside

  3. 3

    Add beef and fry till cooked

  4. 4

    Add the ketchup, garlic powder and some pepper

  5. 5

    Add the garlic, onions and broccoli back in

  6. 6

    Add pasta

  7. 7

    Add soy sauce and sugar

  8. 8

    Mix well, taste.
