2chicken breasts
8egg roll wrappers
1/2red bell pepper
2green onions
1/2 bunch spinach
3 tbspcilantro
1/2 canblack beans drained rinsed
1/2 cancorn drained rinsed
1 cupMexican cheese

Prep all ingredients to make an assembly line of sorts to make it easier and quicker to roll.

Add a little of each ingredient to the wrapper. Wrap all of them so you only have to fry them up.

Fry them up to a golden brown . Enjoy
