Ingredients

  2. 3boiled and mashe patato
  3. 3 tbspngram flour
  4. 2green chilli nicely chopped
  5. 1 tspn ginger grated
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 2 tspdhaniya powder
  8. 1 tsp amchoor powder
  9. 1/4 tspgaram msala powder
  10. 1/4 tspcarrom seed
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as neededOil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle ham kheel ko saaf kar lenge ki usme kuch hain toh nahi.iske baad use bhut thodhe pani main geela kerke nikal lenge.

    Ab usme mashe patato add kar denge saath hi gram flour bhi add kar denge.aurr ab isme all spice dal kar nicely mix kar lenge and 10 minutes for rest ke liye rekh denge.

    Now ek non stick tea lenge aurr usko gas per medium flame per rekh denge ja tak twa heat hota hain ham kheel ke dough se lemon size ki ball bana lenge aurr kabab ki shape denge.

    Ab heat tawe ko oil se grease kar lenge and is per kabab ko both side se turn kerte huye golden brown crisp hone tak shawello fry kar lenge.

  5. 5

    Now it's ready to eat yummy kheel kabab hot surve with green chutney and tomato sauce. Enjoy it happy coocking.
