Steps

Take baingan and cut it into plus sign till it's stem. Save it's stem.

In one bowl mix peanut powder with red chilli powder, salt, black masala, coriander, crushed garlic and jeera and pour 1 tbsp of oil and mush it with fingers.

Now fill this mixture in slits of baingan as much of as it can take.

Now heat oil in kadhai and fry stuffed baingan in oil. Cook it half and add remaining stuffing as well in it.

Then add 1 1/2cup of water and gently mix it. Add some more salt if needed. And let it boil for 5minz.

Then garnish it with coriander and serve it.
