Pehle onion and tomato ko open flame pe roast karlo.

Then grind onion, tomato, garlic, fresh coriander, jeera, hing together and make fine paste of it.

Uske baad oil garam karein and usme upar wala paste dale and saute it. Then add all spices in it and mix it. And let ut cook for few minutes.

Then usme garam pani dale and salt dalke usko ubalne de. Jab curry ke upar oil float karne lagega tab switcg of the flame and take it in bowl and serve it with sev.
