Steps

Boil potato and cut into small pieces.

Add ghee in kadai and add heeng jeera till split.now add boil potatoes

And fry it well now add chopped tomatoes garlic split green chilli.

Now add all spices salt red chilli haldi and dhaniya.

Mix them well and decorate with coriander leaves.

You can serve with Puri and paratha.
