Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3 mediumonion
  2. ONION LEMON SAUCE
  3. 6 tbspplum sauce
  4. 2 tbspwater
  5. 3 tbsplemon juice
  6. 3thinly slice of lemon
  7. MARINATE CHICKEN
  8. 2chicken breast or thigh
  9. 1egg white
  10. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  11. 1 dashsalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken then set aside about 20 minutes

    Pan grill chicken then bake it

    Dip marinated chicken with bread crumbs and pan grill for 5 minute both side then drain and bake at 200 C for 20 minute

    To make onion lemon sauce, use plum sauce

    In pan with oil saute onion for 1 minute then add plum sauce and mix well for another 1 minute then add lemon juice and few slice of lemon then off heat

    SERVE AS IT IS OR,,,,,,,slice chicken breast top with lemon and onion sauce and serve on lettuce and wrap up
