Using warm water. Add in the sugar and the salt add the flour into a bowl slowly add in the water while kneading.

Once you have a nice and soft dough let it set for 20 min.

Chop the onions and tomatoes and the liver. Fry the onion in the oil in a sufuria and add the liver stir and cover.

Add the tomatoes and stir again for a bit and add in salt to taste and the royco add a cup of water and allow to cook.

Cut the dough into small balls. Using a rolling pin flatten the dough and set aside

Add oil onto a frying pan and place the flattened dough on it. Flip when it browns and cook the other side as well

Repeat the process till done. Serve hot with the liver.
