Steps

Chop up bacon into small chunks and place into unheated skillet

Next cut up potatoes into chunks and set aside in a bowl

Cut up onion into small chunks and add to bowl with potatoes

Dice up tomatoe and add to bowl

Melt butter in macrowave and mix into bowl. Add dash of salt,pepper and garlic. Mix together well and set aside

Cut up green onion and set aside.

Scrambled two eggs with dash of salt and pepper into a bowl and set aside

Turn on skillet medium high and cook bacon for about 8 mintues to lightly browned and crispy

Very carefully add bowl of potatoes, onion,tomatoe mixture into bacon and grease in skillet. Cook 10 to 14 mintues untill potatoes are soft with crisp edges. Stirring often

Add egg mixture into pan and cook egg for about 1 and 1/2 mintues untill cooked through . Stirring often

Turn heat to simmer. Add cheese and cover with lid for 3 minutes

Add green onion on top and eat up!!
