I'm starting a diet and thought that this is a brilliant quick snack to keep me going throughout the day, it's super tasty and takes such little time to prepare so it's super handy

Chop up the tomatoes, cheese and ham (and other desired toppings) and set aside.

Grill brown bread under a grill, or in a toaster if you have less time. Make sure you grill both sides.

Once bread is toasted add toppings as you would like.

Put your mini pizzas under the grill until your toppings have melted, or browned.
