Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 250 gboiled minced meat
  2. 2 kgready dough
  3. 500 mlcooking oil
  4. 2 buncheschopped spring onions
  5. Salt

    Place onions and cooking oil.

  2. 2

    Stir and add minced meat. Add salt as you stir for around 2minutes and set aside

  3. 3

    Roll dough into a very thin layer.

  4. 4

    Cut into circles and add 2tsp of minced meat and form into the shape of a samosa.

  5. 5

    As you do this preheat the oil and drop a small piece of dough in the oil to know if ready. If it float it means you can start frying if it sink you have to weight a little.

  6. 6

    Add the samosa and they will fry for around 2 minutes max the remove and place another batch until you finish

  7. 7

    Let them cool for a minute then serve.
