2 tbspolive oil
4 cloveminced garlic
1 mediumonion chopped
1bell pepper, chopped
1 1/4 cupuncooked bulgar
1 candiced tomatoes
1 canpinto beans, drained & rinsed
1 cupwater
1 tsppaprika
1 tspsalt
1 dashof black pepper
1 dashof cayenne

Sauté the first 5 ingredients until onion and peppers are tender and bulgar is coated with oil.

Add the remaining ingredients, cover, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and bulgar is tender.
