  1. 2 tbspolive oil
  2. 4 cloveminced garlic
  3. 1 mediumonion chopped
  4. 1bell pepper, chopped
  5. 1 1/4 cupuncooked bulgar
  6. 1 candiced tomatoes
  7. 1 canpinto beans, drained & rinsed
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 1 tsppaprika
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 dashof black pepper
  12. 1 dashof cayenne

  1. 1

    Sauté the first 5 ingredients until onion and peppers are tender and bulgar is coated with oil.

  2. 2

    Add the remaining ingredients, cover, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and bulgar is tender.
