Ingredients

  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 4 cloveminced garlic
  • 1 mediumonion chopped
  • 1bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cupuncooked bulgar
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 1 canpinto beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 dashof black pepper
  • 1 dashof cayenne

  1. 1

    Sauté the first 5 ingredients until onion and peppers are tender and bulgar is coated with oil.

  2. 2

    Add the remaining ingredients, cover, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and bulgar is tender.
