Ingredients

  • 1/2 headcauliflower
  • Salt
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Black pepper, ginger, cumin, turmeric
  • 2eggs
  • Cilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the cauliflower with salt and water until half-cooked, then drain. Prepare the spices together and mix with the eggs. Heat oil in a pan, dip the cauliflower in the mixture, and fry until golden brown.
