1 pintshot water
1/4 cupwhite distilled vinegar
1/4 cupsugar
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 tspHerbs de Provence
1 tspgaram masala
extra water

To a pot add margarine, add the water let them incorporate well

Add kale and spinach add spices and onions

Stir well let simmer covered for an hour to tenderize them keep eye on liquid add water as needed I added a cup when done add garnish
