Ingredients

12 servings
  1. vegetables
  2. 28 ozchopped spinach, frozen
  3. 16 ozchopped kale, frozen
  4. 1/4 cupdehydrated onions
  5. broth
  6. 1/2 cupbutter or margarine
  7. 1 pintshot water
  8. 1/4 cupwhite distilled vinegar
  9. 1/4 cupsugar
  10. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  11. 1 tspHerbs de Provence
  12. 1 tspgaram masala
  13. extra water
  14. water
  15. garnish
  16. 2 smallchilies, I used birdseye

Steps

  1. 1

    To a pot add margarine, add the water let them incorporate well

    Add kale and spinach add spices and onions

    Stir well let simmer covered for an hour to tenderize them keep eye on liquid add water as needed I added a cup when done add garnish
