Ingredients

10 servings
  1. short crust pastry
  2. 500 gramsplain flour
  3. 125 gramsmargarine
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1water
  6. filling
  7. 700 gramsricotta
  8. 75 gramsicing sugar
  9. 100 gramscandied peel
  10. 100 gramschocolate chips
  11. 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven . Mix the flour , margerine , salt and make rubbing in method then add the water till you form the pastry.

  2. 2

    Let the pastry rest in the fridge for 1 hour before use .

  3. 3

    Prepare the filling , mix all the ingredients together .

  4. 4

    Then open the the pastry and fill with the ricotta filling.

  5. 5

    Bake for 1 hour then serve hot or cold .
