Lynn's Wild Fire H.O.G. Chapter Cucumber Dip

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  2. 1/4to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 2 tbspdiced onion
  4. 1(8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  5. 1cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a medium sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, salt, and mayonnaise.

  2. 2

    Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the onion and cucumber.

  4. 4

    Don't use a mixer to do this.

  5. 5

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

    *I serve this with Frito Scoops.*

    **This recipe makes about 2 cups.**

I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old.
