Steps
- 1
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Saute garlic and onion in medium heat and cook until the onions are slightly transparent.
- 2
Add ground pork, pepper and fish sauce. Saute further until the fish sauce has been absorbed by the pork and when the pork becomes slightly cooked.
- 3
Once the pork is a pale brown color, add in the potatoes, carrots and water. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4
Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
- 5
Let the whole bit simmer for 10 more minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- 6
Once the tomato sauce has well incorporated and the vegetables are cooked, you may turn off the heat.
- 7
Serve over rice and enjoy!
