    Sabse pahle chane ki daal ko 2 ghante ke liye bhigo de.fir usmain green chilli, salt aur garlic daal kar grind kar le

    Aate main thoda namak,anwaine aur oil daal kar dough taiyaar karain..fir uske chhote chote pede bana le

    Unki poori belkr tiyaar chana daal ko usmain bhrkr..gujiye ke aakaar bnayain.fork ki help se sides band karain

    Ek bade brtan main pani boil karain..usmain ek ek kar gujiye daalti jayain.jab pkkr oopar a jayain toh nikal le..

    Chote akaar main cut karain.

    Pan main oil daal kar rai,curry patta,green chilli daalain thodi si haldi red chilli powder add karain.fir apne cut kiye farre add karain.. Jaroorat anusar namak dalain.last main hare dhaniye aur neeboo se garnish karain
