Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlbasmati rice
  2. 4-1/2 bowlwater
  3. 1 bowlgobhi (cut ki hui)
  4. 1 bowlpotato (in pieces)
  5. 1 bowlpeas
  6. 1/2 bowlonion (long slices)
  7. Thodi se ginger(lambi barik cut ki hui)
  8. 1-1/2 tspsalt or as needed
  9. 3/4 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/4 tspred chili powder
  12. 1-1/2 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Rice ko dho kar bhigo de.Ek krahi me oil heat karein. Ginger dale.mix karein.fir jeera dale,crackle hone de.

  2. 2

    Ab gobhi daal de pinch salt daal de. or hlka fry karein.ab slightly brown hone par onion,peas,potato daal de.mix karein.

  3. 3

    1-2 min. Rakh kar ab.mix karein.ab salt, red chili,garam masala, black pepper daal de.mix karein.

  4. 4

    Ab rice daal de.water 4-1/2 bowl daal de.dhak de.

  5. 5

    Boil aane par gas slow karein.krahi ki lid ko thoda side par kar de.krahi ko pura lid se cover nahi Krna hai.beech beech me mix karein. Jab rice pk jae to pulao ready hai
