At first remove the lairs of the banana stem

Cut the tender most part into round disc

Now since it into small pieces

Steam the pieces in a pressure cooker

Add oil in a heated pan and fry kalonji and chopped green chilli

Now add the steamed stem pieces and turmeric powder and salt

In another pan fry the vadis

Now add these vadis into the stem pieces and mix well

Finally add the Desiccated coconutand coriander leaves and sugar
- 10
Serve it with steaming hot rice
