Per heat oven to 375

First Remove the gizzards and neck from inside your chicken. And set aside.

Then wash your chicken inside and out and pat dry .

Now cut your lemon and onion in chunks as take the peel off 3 cloves of garlic.

Next salt and pepper the inside and outside of your chicken.

Now you may stuff your lemon onion and garlic inside your chicken.

Sprinkle the chicken with season all and then pour melted butter over your chicken.

It should be moist enough now to add a bit more seasoning.

Place chicken in oven uncovered for an hour and a half . Or until done.

Slice a small bit from the side Liquid should run clear when done .

You can boil the neck and gizzards and chop them up and add to a stuffing. Or discard if you don't like them.
