Mix Mrenda&Mtoo with Peanut Butter Omena
I enjoy Omena and vegetables so I decided to get a nutrient punch from them without the starch.
Steps

Pre-Cook the Mrenda&Mtoo by removing them off the stalk, wash them thoroughly and putting them to boil for about 30 minutes until soft.

Cut 1 onion into fine pieces and fry with some coconut oil until light brown, add the Mrenda&Mtoo, stir in well and add a little salt. Allow to fry for 5 to 10 minutes.

Pick the Omena to check for stones, leaves or some dirt then wash the Omena thoroughly with warm water

Place the Omena to boil with 2 cups of water, cover and allow to boil for 15 minutes.

Chop 1 medium onion to fine pieces and add to the boiling Omena after the 15 minutes.

Crush the garlic and ginger or chop very fine and add to the boiling Omena.

Add some salt and allow another 5 to 10 minutes to simmer.

Once the Omena is almost dry reduce the heat to very low and add the peanut butter. Stir it in well until well mixed.

Serve hot, this is typically eaten with Ugali. Enjoy!!!
