Ingredients

  • 200 gramsof slices chicken
  • 1 1/2of coconut milk
  • 1 tbspof oil
  • 1 tbspof phanang curry paste
  • 1/2 tbspof sugar
  • 1 tspof fish sauce
  • 1/2 tspof chicken stock powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to the pot add 1/2 of coconut milk let's boil

  2. 2

    Add phanang curry stir well let's simmer till get red colur

  3. 3

    Add chicken stir untill cooked add the rest of coconut milk let's boil

  4. 4

    Add sugar ,fish sauce and chicken stock stir and removed from heat .
