Easy, slightly fancy and delicious appetizer that will disappear quickly!

Ingredients

  1. 24wanton wrappers
  2. 1 packagesFrozen (or fresh) spinach
  3. 1 packagesmini shrimp or medium deveined and cleaned shrimp choped
  4. 16 ozpackage of softened cream cheese
  5. 1lemon to taste (optional)

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F Mix in bowl all ingredients until combined (except wontons)

  2. 2

    Dip edges of individual wonton wrapper in warm water, add a tbsp of mixture and seal edges to create wonton and place in a cup of a spayed muffin tin. Repeat until all if the ingredients are used and bake until browned (12-17 minutes)

  3. 3

    Top with a squirt of lemon if desired.
