Ingredients

  2. 2 cupWater
  3. 2 cupUnsweetened Soy Milk
  4. next step
  5. 1 cupIrish style Steel cut oatmeal
  6. 3 dashSalt
  7. 1 tspCinnamon
  8. 1 tbspWhole Ground Flaxseed meal
  9. 2 tbspRaw Honey

Cooking Instructions

    Bring soy milk and water to a boil.

    Add remaining agreements and reduce to a low heat. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until oats are tender. Stir occasionally.
