Steps

Tamarind soaked in hot water and one cup thick juice is extracted.

Crush all ingredients except fish,with your hands.

Add two cups of water and boil it.

Now slowly add the fish,simmer for about half an hour. Close the vessel. Meanwhile check the consistency.

Finally add crushed garlic,curry leaves and coconut oil and close the lid immediately.(no need of tempering)

Keep aside. Reheat after 3-4 hrs.

Serve with hot rice.
