Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 cupFinely chopped julians of spinach
  • 6 piecesPaneer [cut into long fingers]
  • Oil for deep-frying
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1 tbspchili tomato sauce
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes:
  • 1-2 tbspCornflour:
  • to tasteWhite pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the paneer fingers in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add the white pepper powder, salt, soya sauce, chili tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste. Mix and leave aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    In a small cup mix corn flour with water to make a slurry.

  4. 4

    Now dip the paneer fingers in the cornflour mixture and roll them in the spinach julians to cover all the sides

  5. 5

    Deep-fry paneer in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately with sweet and sour tomato sauce.
