  • 500 grmsbottle gourd (lauki)
  • 100 grmspumpkin
  • 1 cupvadi
  • 1/2 cupdescicated coconut
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 3-4green chillies
  • 1 tea spooncelery seeds
  • To tastesalt
  • 4-5 tbspoon oil
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesugar

  1. 1

    Peel the gourd and pumpkin and slice them into strips.

    Fry the vadis with oil

    Now add oil in a heated pan and add the seleri seeds and chopped green chillies chillies

    Add the sliced veges and mix well with it salt and turmeric

    Fry it and cover till it is becomes tender

    Add vadi and coconut and mix well

    Finally add sugar and chopped coriander leaves and it is ready to serve.
