  • 1banana
  • 50 gramscake flour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 3 tbspgranulated sugar
  • 35 gramsunsalted butter(melted)

    Mix butter and sugar in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add in beated egg.

  3. 3

    Add sifted cake flour and baking powder in 2 parts.

  4. 4

    Add in banana smash and mix until smooth.

  5. 5

    Preheat oven at 180°c for 10 mins and bake for 30-40 mins.
