  1. 6boiled potatoes
  2. Oil for deep frying
  3. Tumeric powder
  4. Dania
  5. 1 cupflour
  6. Salt

    Mix the flour with 2 tsp tumeric powder with salt, Dania and a cup of water.

  2. 2

    Dip in the potatoes in the mixture for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Put in the hot frying oil. Fry them all
