All ingradient of the alooparatha

Take a bowl,mashed the potato,add all ingradient except ghee.

Knead a dough,add 1tbsp ghee mixed it.don't use water.

Divide the dough into two part.

Take one part,rolled it with the help of rolling board and pin.cut it into 4pieces.

Heat a tava add 1/2drop ghee,put the paratha.slow the flem.cooked the paratha nicely.

Greased ghee over the paratha.And nicely cooked both side.ready the aloo paratha.
