Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgof frozen seafood
  2. 1 largelime cuts into pices removed seed
  3. 3choped red chilli
  4. 1full hand of salary chopped
  5. 1full hand of slices green onions and Pak She
  6. 1onion slices
  7. 1 largetomato slices
  8. 1hafe carrot slices .
  9. 1 tbspof fish sauce
  10. 1/2 tspof chicken stocks powder
  11. 1 tspof sugar
  12. 1 tbspof garlic pickle juice

    Arranged all prepared vegetables in the heat proven bowl

  2. 2

    Add fish sauce , lime juice , garlic pickle juice , choped chilli,sugar and chicken stocks powder into the vegetables bowl mixed throughly and set aside.

  3. 3

    In the pot add water bring to boils then put in seafood until cook ,not so long maybe 2- 3 minutes .right away removed from heat run ouder cold water and drain .

  4. 4

    Add seafood into maxing bowl mixed well - can add more flavour if needed .Served with rice or can be refreshing daytime snacks .
