Palak Corn Paneer Paratha appropriate for breakfast or dinner .It is full of Proteins and Vitamins.Healthy recipe for all age groups.

In a vessel.mix wheat four,salt, oil and malai and chopped palak.

Mix well and using water make a semi soft dough

In another bowl mix Paneer, boiled peeled and mashed potatoes,chopped Coriander leaves,chilli ginger paste,semi crushed corn and salt.Add lemon juice and mix well.

Mix well.

Now make equal small balls from the dough and roll each ball into small rotis.

Also divide the Paneer corn capsicum mixture into equal balls.

Now place each Paneer filling ball in prepared roti from the dough.

Now seal the corners and tighten the rotis balls again roll it in a Paratha.

Heat griddle and using little oil roast the Parathas on both the sides. In the same way prepare all the Parathas

Serve Piping hot with dahi or pickle.

Enjoy Parathas on breakfast or dinner time.
