1/2 cupBuckwheat flour
1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
1 tspBaking powder
1/3 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt
1 1/4 cupCoconut milk
1 tbspHoney
2 smalleggs
1 1/2 tbspSunflower oil
1 cupBlueberries

Mix all dry ingredients in medium bowl

In another bowl, beat all wet ingredients

Stir wet ingredients into dry just until mixed

Ladle batter in 1/4 cups onto preheated large nonstick skillet

Add 5-6 blueberries each pancake
6

Flip and serve with blueberry syrup
