Ingredients

  1. salmon
  2. 8 ozsalmon fillet
  3. 2 tbsplemon pepper seasoning
  4. 1salt and pepper
  5. 1 1/2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  6. yogurt sauce
  7. 1 1/2 cupplain Greek yogurt
  8. 1 1/2 tsplime zest
  9. 1 tbsporange zest
  10. 2 tbspfresh orange juice
  11. 1 tbspfresh lime juice
  12. 1 1/2 tbsphoney
  13. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

  1. 1

    Mix all yogurt ingredients together well, cover and set in fridge.

  2. 2

    Rinse Salmon and pat dry

  3. 3

    Season both sides of fish with salt, pepper and lemon pepper seasoning.

  4. 4

    Heat non stick pan on med-high heat and add evoo

  5. 5

    Place salmon in hot pan skin side down and cook 4-5 minutes on each side. FLIP ONLY ONCE

  6. 6

    Remove from heat, and plate with a starch and vegetables of your choice.

  7. 7

    Add a tablespoon or 2 over the fish and enjoy!
