Ingredients: 400 grams diced pork, chicken or beef; 4 stalks celery, sliced; 1 medium onion, roughly diced; 2 medium tomatoes, diced; 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced; 600 ml chicken broth or stock; onion salt; 150 grams White cabbage, roughly diced; cracked black pepper; fresh Green chillies; 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin; 1/2 can chopped tomatoes; garlic salt; 150 grams Spanish chorizo, sliced; 1/4 tsp ground cloves, add more to taste

400 gramsdiced pork, chicken or beef

Steps

Dig out your crockpot and add all the ingredients.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours. If you think its not cooking quick enough switch it to high.

Add water if necessary. I added the garlic salt half way through as I felt that it needed a little more seasoning

Serve as you like, I done mine with some fluffy rice just to add a bit more texture to it.
