Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2pork belly slices (per person)
  2. 1 1/2 tbspbarbecue glaze
  3. 1 tspfine brown sugar
  4. lawrey's seasoned salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (not the olive oil). Mix well, ensuring pork is well coated. Store in fridge covered for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to cooking.

  2. 2

    Heat a grill pan with olive oil on a medium heat.

  3. 3

    Grill the pork on each side for 5-6 minutes or until done.
