Cooking Instructions

brown hamburger meat (pepper to taste)

add prego to cooked hamburger meat
- 3
in separate pot boil water and cook Mac n cheese as normal

Combine Mac n cheese with hamburger meat and sauce
- 5
Place mixture in casserole dish and cover with mozzarella cheese
- 6
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted

Easy mac n cheese! Easy mac n cheese!
I used penne pasta instead of elbow Macaroni n I think it came out just as good. U can add bread crumbs to this recipe. If you choose too mid way through cooking cover mac n cheese with foil so the bread crumbs don't burn. U can also add bacon, ham or tomatoes before putting it in the oven as well. ;)

This is a quick, creamy macaroni and cheese with a little extra. Adding the sausage, peppers and onions makes this a full meal. Experiment with different types of cheese that melt well: cheddar gouda, fontaine, provolone, swiss, gruyere, muenster, jack, etc. I used gouda in the pictures.
