Ingredients

  1. 1 lbElbow Macaroni
  2. 14 oz(2 cans) Albacore tuna, drained
  3. 2Celery stalks, chopped
  4. 1Carrot (grated)
  5. 1/2Sweet Vidalia onion, chopped
  6. 1 cupMayonnaise
  7. 1as needed Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook elbow macaroni until al dente.

  2. 2

    Mix in all other ingredients. You may want to reserve some of the shredded carrots to sprinkle on top as a garnish.

    Chill for about one hour before serving.
