In the same pot, melt the butter and saute the vegetables until tender, about 7 minutes.

Sprinkle in the flour, stir, and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the chicken stock or milk, increase heat, and stir until thickened.

Stir in the spices, cheeses, cream, chicken, and cooked pasta. Transfer to into a large casserole dish. Top with crushed tortilla chips and bake at 350° F for 20-30 minutes our until hot and bubbly. Serve.
