29 ozcan of hominy
6 ozfarmers cheese
1 tspsaffron flowers
1 pinchsaffron (stems)
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspground black pepper
1 tspground cumin powder
1 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
2 tbsplime juice
2 tbspsr flour
1/2 cupwater
1/4 cupvegetable oil

Heat oil add hominy

Stir fry the hominy add spices and lime juice

Stir well add the cheese and water

After the cheese is smoothly stirred in add the flour
5

Stir in well let sit 5 minutes adjust salt if you need more
