Ingredients

  • 29 ozcan of hominy
  • 6 ozfarmers cheese
  • 1 tspsaffron flowers
  • 1 pinchsaffron (stems)
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspground cumin powder
  • 1 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 2 tbsplime juice
  • 2 tbspsr flour
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add hominy

  2. 2

    Stir fry the hominy add spices and lime juice

  3. 3

    Stir well add the cheese and water

    After the cheese is smoothly stirred in add the flour

    Stir in well let sit 5 minutes adjust salt if you need more
