Ingredients

  • 1 lbElbow Macaroni
  • 14 oz(2 cans) Albacore tuna, drained
  • 2Celery stalks, chopped
  • 1Carrot (grated)
  • 1/2Sweet Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1 cupMayonnaise
  • 1as needed Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook elbow macaroni until al dente.

  2. 2

    Mix in all other ingredients. You may want to reserve some of the shredded carrots to sprinkle on top as a garnish.

  3. 3

    Chill for about one hour before serving.
